The HUS-IDM-G24 Series Unmanaged Industrial Ethernet Switch is a robust, budget-friendly solution for outdoor CCTV surveillance and diverse industrial networking applications. Engineered for harsh environments, it delivers reliable Gigabit connectivity with optional IEEE 802.3 af/at/bt Power over Ethernet support — enabling power and data through the same cable. Housed in a fanless IP40 aluminium chassis with dual redundant DC power inputs and an operating range of -40°C to +75°C, the HUS-IDM-G24 Series is ideal for factory automation, outdoor surveillance, and demanding industrial network deployments.

Three models covering the full PoE spectrum: no PoE (G242S), PoE+ at 30W/port (G242P), and PoE++ at 90W/port (G242Pp9). PoE models power cameras, APs, and sensors over the same Ethernet cable.
Non-blocking store-and-forward at full wire-speed
52 Gbps switch fabric. Frames checked for errors before forwarding — corrupted frames dropped at the switch, not propagated to connected devices.
Auto-negotiation: 10/100/1000 Mbps on all RJ45 ports
All 24 copper ports auto-negotiate speed and duplex. Backward compatible with legacy 10Mbps and 100Mbps devices alongside Gigabit equipment.
Surge protection: ±6kV DC, ±4kV / ±6kV RJ45 (PoE models)
Power port surge protection to ±6kV. RJ45 surge protection to ±4kV on non-PoE model and ±6kV on PoE/PoE++ models. IEC 61000-4-5 compliant.
Dual redundant DC power with Fault Alarm relay
6-pin terminal block: Pin1/2 PWR1, Pin3/4 PWR2, Pin5/6 Fault Alarm output. Two independent power feeds with automatic failover. Fault Alarm relay connects to monitoring systems without requiring SNMP.
DIN-Rail and wall-mount installation
Standard 35mm DIN-rail or wall-mount. Fits directly inside industrial control cabinets and HEPDA IP66-rated enclosures without adapters.
