HA Series — IP66 Stainless Steel
Meet the HEPDA HA Series Industrial Waterproof Enclosures
The Toughest Box Your Equipment Will Ever Call Home. Built from marine-grade stainless steel, engineered for the environments where ordinary enclosures simply fail.
Understanding IP66
What Is an IP66 Enclosure?
IP66 stands for Ingress Protection 66, an international standard (IEC 60529) that tells you exactly how well a product is protected from the outside world.
| IP Code Digit | What It Protects Against | IP66 Rating Means |
|---|---|---|
| First "6" | Solid particles (dust, dirt, debris) | Completely dust-tight |
| Second "6" | Liquids (water, moisture) | Protected against powerful water jets from any direction |
About the HA Series
Meet the HEPDA HA Series Industrial Waterproof Enclosures
The HA Series is HEPDA's flagship line of outdoor electrical enclosures and industrial waterproof enclosures. Built from marine-grade stainless steel, these boxes are engineered for the environments where ordinary enclosures simply fail. Whether you need a compact junction box or a large control cabinet, the HA Series scales to fit — from 100×100×50mm all the way to 910×1140×500mm. These aren't just boxes. They're protection systems for the equipment that keeps your operations running — including industrial network switches, media converters, PLC modules, terminal blocks, and communication gear.
HA Series features
Made in AISI 316L / SS304 Stainless Steel and Mild Steel. IP66 Certified. Fully Customisable.
Every component of the HA Series is specified for long-term performance in the most aggressive industrial environments.
AISI 316L / 304 Stainless Steel and Mild Steel
Marine-grade SS316L, standard SS304, or mild steel — 1.5mm wall thickness. The right material grade for every industrial and coastal environment.
Electro-polished surfaces
Interior and exterior electro-polished finish. Enhances corrosion resistance, meets food and pharma hygiene standards, and provides a smooth, cleanable surface.
UV and corrosion-resistant polyester gaskets
Gaskets maintain a continuous IP66 seal around the full door perimeter. UV-stable for long-term outdoor installation without degradation.
Stainless steel hinges and padlockable latch
Full SS door hardware — padlockable latch for site security. No zinc or aluminium fittings that corrode in coastal or chemical environments.
39+ standard sizes
From 100×100×50mm to 910×1140×500mm — the widest standard range available in Singapore. Custom dimensions and configurations available.
Certificate of Conformity
Test verification documentation available on request — ready for your project file, tender submission, or regulatory requirement.

Who uses IP66 industrial enclosures
Industry applications
These enclosures protect critical equipment across many industries. Here's where they're deployed every day:
Industrial Automation and Manufacturing
Factories use these to house industrial network switches, PLCs, HMIs, and terminal strips on the production floor where coolants, dust, and vibration are constant.
Oil, Gas and Petrochemical
On-shore and off-shore rigs need equipment that survives salt spray, humidity, and explosive chemical atmospheres. The SS316L grade handles it.
Outdoor Telecom and Network Infrastructure
Telecom engineers mount industrial managed ethernet switches and industrial media converters inside these enclosures on poles, rooftops, and outdoor cabinets. They stay sealed through monsoons and years of direct sun.
Pharmaceutical and Food Processing
Electro-polished SS316L is the go-to for hygiene-sensitive areas. These enclosures can be washed down with industrial cleaners without rusting or degrading.
Marine and Port Environments
Salt air is one of the most destructive forces for electrical equipment. SS316L's chloride resistance makes these enclosures the right choice for ports, harbours, and coastal installations.
Construction and Infrastructure Projects
From MRT track-side equipment to building management systems, these weatherproof enclosures protect sensitive electronics exposed to the elements during and after construction.
